I had a great experience with this team. We needed our sewer main replaced from the house to the road hookup, a very large, very complex job. I took multiple bids for the job and Brock’s pricing was very competitive and the estimate was detailed and accurate. We chose Brock because when the estimator came out he took the time to walk through exactly what was needed step by step and answered all my questions.

During the job the work crew was friendly, answered any questions I had and did quality work. Timing and Costs came in exactly as described in the bid. Very happy with the service.

We highly recommend Brock Mechanical. In 2021, 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, the first of our numerous 55 year old cast iron pipes failed in our kitchen. All the big companies were too busy (or deer hunting) but Brock Mechanical understood our plight and repaired the leaky pipe before Thanksgiving. Since then, they have replaced our antiquated water softener system and the corroded cast iron piping both inside and outside. They also installed a Dry Well for our sump pump and routed it away from our septic tank. The owner Doug was very supportive and made sure the work was done in a timely fashion. Ken had been our “go to” guy for the indoor needs and the team worked hard to replace our pipes to our septic tank.
In conclusion, the professionalism and skill of the Brock Mechanical team have solved our plumbing issues. We thank Brock Mechanical for taking care of our water problems in a timely manner. Sincerely, JulieAnn and Dan Moore–
